Kerville- Sealection Agribalance
Spray Right, Inc. applied Demilec Sealection Agribalance spray foam insulation to a 3600 sq. ft. home located in Kerville, Texas. The application process took two days to complete. Before applying spray foam insulation, Spray Right, Inc. covered all windows/doors and taped off electrical outlets. Next, Demilec Sealection Agribalance was applied at 3 1/2 inches in the walls and 5 1/2 inches in the roof deck. Once the application process was complete, Spray Right, Inc. followed up by sealing off the exterior framing joints and intersections, caulking and drilling where necessary.
Demilec Sealection Agribalance spray foam insulation is great for converting attics into a semi-conditioned space in hot climates. By closing soffits, gables and ridge vents, Sealection Agribalance can reduce the moisture load in homes and buildings. Instead of insulating the floor of the attic, Sealection Agribalance is applied to the underside of the roof deck. Spraying Sealection Agribalance to the underside of the roof deck and sealing all vents is an excellent approach in air control. This design prevents the moisture laden air from the outside to enter into the home/building. Improper management of moisture is the main reason for mold growth. Therefore, the usage of Sealection Agribalance low air permeable spray foam insulation is the right choice for homes and buildings.
