Spray Right, Inc. applied Demilec Sealection 500 spray foam insulation to an existing residential home w/ a 2100 sq. ft. addition.
Sealection 500 was applied at 3 inches to the exterior walls and 6 inches to the cathedral roof.
Sealection 500 was applied to the following addition as an air barrier to help eliminate the transfer of warm, moist air through the walls.
By stopping that air movement, moisture will not become trapped inside the wall cavity creating an environment for the growth of molds and mildew. It will instead create a comfortable draft-free, condensation-free environment in one single application.
