Spray Right, Inc. applied Demilec Sealection 500 spray foam insulation to the attic of a 2500 sq. ft. existing home in San Marcos, Texas. The roof deck was applied with 5 1/2 inches of Sealection 500 (covering stud face).

Sealection 500 was applied directly to the roof deck in order to create a tight bond between the roof sheathing and the roof joist structure while increasing the home's overall energy efficiency.

Sealection 500 was applied at 5 1/2 inches to the roof (covering stud face) and 3 inches to the exterior walls of the home as well as the garage.

The homeowners also decided to install an insulated garage door to the garage in order to create a conditioned area for a work shop.
